TECHNOLOGY SERVICES INTERN
WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC.
The Technology Services Intern will work on a variety of projects, however their main focus will include answering help desk calls, logging and resolving a variety of trouble tickets, user account administration and basic troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues.
The candidate should posses a great attention to detail, good customer service attitude, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office.
Students working towards a degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems are preferred.
Applicants must be available to work approximately 15-25 hours per week. Exact days and time are yet to be determined.
