Executive Assistant, Investments


The West Virginia University Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization specifically designated to aid, further and support the work and purposes of West Virginia University, is seeking an Executive Assistant, Investments. This position provides high-level senior management support for the day to day operations of the investment group. The position performs administrative tasks including: Facilitating and coordinating the activities of the Vice President and Associate Vice President of the investment group; Coordinating and supervising the organization and compilation of informational materials sent to Investment Committee members and appropriate staff prior to quarterly meetings; Typing minutes, agendas and other information to inform Board members of topics and actions to be addressed; Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations; And providing support and assistance in the coordination and completion of special projects.

Bachelor’s degree; or minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Financial background preferred.
