Marcia A. Broughton '76, '79, Secretary

Marcia A. Broughton of Clarksburg, West Virginia, is an attorney with the law firm of Jackson Kelly PLLC, where she heads the firm’s estate and trust practice group in West Virginia. Prior to joining Jackson Kelly in 2003, she was a member of the law firm of Johnson, Simmerman & Broughton, LLC, in Clarksburg. Broughton earned her bachelor's degree from WVU in 1976 in business administration and her law degree in 1979. In 1983, she received her Master of Laws degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Broughton is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for several years.
