Marcia A. Broughton '76, '79, Secretary

Marcia A. Broughton of Clarksburg, WV is an attorney with the law firm of Jackson Kelly PLLC where she heads the firm’s estate and trust practice group in West Virginia. Prior to joining Jackson Kelly in 2003, she was a member of the law firm of Johnson, Simmerman & Broughton, LLC in Clarksburg. Broughton received her law degree from WVU in 1979 and a public accountant, and in 1983, received her LLM in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Broughton is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for several years.
